Every body responds differently. What benefits one individual may not benefit another. Your health journey is yours alone. On this journey, we are often told lies about what we should do and should not. So today I’m going to bust some of the lies. Read on to find out some of the lies you shouldn’t believe.
- Don’t Eat Carbs at Night: This is a lie. Eat healthy carbs and eat in moderation.
- Fasting or Keto Leads to More Fat Loss: Some say that fasting or keto diets may result in more fat loss. That’s not the case. Either of them won’t give you instant or greater results.
- Walking is not a Great Exercise: Some may think walking is not a great exercise. That again is not true. Walking supports digestion, heart health and more.
- Cardio is Great for Fat Loss: While cardio is good for fat loss it’s not the only thing your body needs. You need a holistic wellness plan that will support fat reduction.
- Don’t Eat More Than 30G of Protein at Once: General recommendations suggest 15–30 grams at once. Although, you don’t have to limit yourself to this measurement. You can consume a higher dosage.
Conclusion: There are a lot of misconceptions out there about health. Concentrate on building a healthy relationship with your body. Stay positive, eat clean, meditate and reach out to the right professionals for fitness advice.
